Times requested: Many. This is one of our top requested tickets.
Problem: Discourse title can't be updated. Discourse posts and Airtable need to get syncd by hand, this should be automated.
Towards a solution: Add more functionality around Project/Proposal management. Make changes populate downstream as much as possible. Users should be able to self-serve.
