@malvonme I wonder if we can improve documentation in the proposal portal https://github.com/oceanprotocol/oceandao-proposal-portal
or perhaps in other documentation => wiki, or previous blog posts https://blog.oceanprotocol.com/how-to-unlock-higher-funding-levels-in-oceandao-7a259524be87
It would be great to improve documentation where possible to clearly state:
Perhaps we can ask the participant Gayatree is onboarding to see how he learned about Seed, and what was confusing about it.
Challenge:
Especially on the last day, teams face challenges to either send in deliverables or use the portal (often still for the first time) with a legacy-setup (coming from not having used the portal for former proposals and the mother-project-item).
Goal:
Every proposal meeting the requirements is able to successfully submit their proposal.
Bonus: If the same issues/problems are recurring, let's try to ticket the reason behind and update portal when there is time.
DoD:
This was because his proposal was funded, but the tx was not registered inside of airtable. Let's DM them and get their proposal in the pipeline. https://github.com/oceanprotocol/oceandao/issues/275
[x] Zippy still cannot create a new proposal, though I accepted his deliverables. Says he does not see the "new proposal" button:

[x] - Hebbian loop. Rename Project Coral => Opsci DAO
[x] The Data Shift couldn't submit a new proposal, though I accepted their deliverables (yet with blank text, minor issue @trizin). Berk fixed the "bug" (as in: my fault), I informed TDS, the proposal is live now:
[x] Move "Athena Equity" to 2nd/3rd earmark
[x] Move Athena back to core-tech
[x] Move "We Data Nation" to 2nd/3rd earmark
[x] Gayatree has a project that needs help getting onboarded. They created a project but didn't realize they also had to create a proposal. => https://oceanprotocol.slack.com/archives/C01E13VE4EQ/p1651646511046719
