Improve UX around Ocean Grants:

• Dashboard should provide more information, contextually (in the right component, easily understood). Such as: Funding Tiers are now within Airtble, communicate them to user via UX in an eli5 manner.

Basic sell:

• Title - "Submit Proposal"
• Description: What to do.
• Total Funding
• Time Left
• Table: Earmarks & Num Projects

Described dashboard functionality in the following outline:

DOD:

• [ ] Present funding tiers, earmarks, and other concepts more contextually to user.
• [ ] Update UX w/ extra description (from wiki) to give it more context.
• [ ] Add a countdown, and header that is friendly to the user, and provides them with an overview of where are in the Funding Round.
• [ ] Perhaps add a component to the Project List, that shows whether a project is in good or bad standing.
• [ ] Tease the last 24h (Round 16 starts in...).
• [ ] Kick off the next round right away.

• Users has completed submitting a proposal, now what?

• Update the DAO and get support Etc...
