Problem:

Airtable is still leading to a lot of problems, issues w/ too many requests, and other challenges that we want to move away from.

DoD:

[ ] We are querying/using/storing Mongo as our main DB/source of truth
[ ] All aux tables (funding round, summary) have been moved over to Mongo
[ ] Exterior parties can query these tables & retrieve records
[ ] Airtable is deprecated
[ ] MongoDb is our source of truth
