add support for TLSA records #21

TLSA Records seem to just work, if enabled

@kompetenzbolzen Do you mind adding one or two TSLA records in https://github.com/octodns/octodns-bind/blob/main/tests/zones/unit.tests., just so they are included in the tests/there are examples.
