secrets.yml should be moved to credentials. the issue is about credentials management, as we need to force new user to generate their own master.key.

Not sure how to handle this, but the most simple solution would be to :

[ ] remove secrets.yml
[ ] add a step in a getting started with docker, providing a template for credentials.
