FEID CIM issue #36

Dear @AndreaCimminoArriaga , @juancanobenito

Please find attached the FEID cim log. As you can see at the end of the file there is an exception. When this occurs CIM login screen appears but we cannot login. Also no data transfer can be performed via the CIM. The only work around is to restart the CIM.

Dear @kostopoulos, this seems to be a problem of the data base. Could you ran the jar from the pre-release 2.2.6 ? it has been modified to have more log info so we can detect the problem. If you could send me the log obtained using this CIM it would be great. On the other hand, which version of the CIM are you using? 2.2.5 ?

Also any other information that you could give me in order to reproduce the error would be very valuable

Dear @AndreaCimminoArriaga

we are using the 2.1.7 version that you gave me and that I cannot find in the releases. Anyway the link for the pre-release 2.2.6 is not working. Which version should I try?

Please go to the releases section, you should see all the releases mentioned in the thread as pre-releases; they were published as Draft which are only visible for developers. Try the latest version.
