improved visualisation of website on devices with a display-width below 600px.

fixed footer (now in center)
fixed issue with sidebar beeing below main content
fixed strange arrangement of main content (offset to right)
adjusted layout sphinx template to fit layout on devices with a display-width below 600px
make layout template better readable
