Consideration should be given to "graph" metadata as opposed to fixed schema - such as the use of DCAT, VoiD etc and the opportunities this gives us to use a wide range of standardised metadata components within a given context.

Has there been discussion about cross-domain use cases that go beyond a single context? We have been looking at SKOS -based ontologies because the domain is getting harder to define, thus making the domain specific data model also restrictive or too time consuming for the use case. For that, we have a request at ISO on whether we could use the whole ISO 80000 as a public ontology providing JSON-LD's for each of the part and term.
