This is the place to discuss topics raised by Working Groups for our Closing Plenary. Every item which was in the ballot for the most recent TC is added as an Issue. Please comment on the issues. After each TC Meeting, inactive topics will be archived and new ones added. Presuming that the topic list becomes enormous, items will roll off to archive at some time, probably based on inactivity.
