Describe the bug The Doctor Calling button size looks different from rest of the bottoms in mobile view of a facility patients page

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to '/facility'
Click on View Patients
Go to mobile view
See error

Expected behavior

All button sizes should be same and consistent
