README out of date #12

Our README file is out of date.

Now that we use Git with submodules, @pudo could you please revise the build instructions? git submodules are a little beyond me.

Did you git pull before you wrote this? The docs already say:

1. Get the themes::
   git submodule init 
   git submodule update
