ReadTheDocs Builds failing, no theme named 'flask' #13

Readthedocs is failing to build. I assume it's because it doesn't load git submodules. Perhaps place the flask theme code into the branch itself?

Theme error: no theme named 'flask' found (missing theme.conf?)

Additionally, #17 and #1 can be facilitated by maintaining our own fork of the theme.

I believe this has been fixed in latest commits so closing. Great work Tim!
