Deleted from manual now (obviously can get in history).

Contribute link in footer
Donate in sidebar

May mean we need to fork theme so we can customize ourselves.

Perhaps just link to wiki?

Contribute link should be to wiki contributing section. Donate should be sidebar I think (or we can just remove for the present).

Re project banner suggest yes, though that could be later so suggest ticket and leave for the moment.

Can we merge and close now. Would be nice to get that overdue milestone complete :-)

Seen banner and I think it looks good (though we may want to think about this -- not sure this general 'project' link stuff is what we want in a manual ...).

Suggest that we also want OKF logo in sidebar. OKF logo can be found via info on http://okfn.org/contact/.
