Just to note I had a go at this last night with napo but without complete success. Will try more today.
The .mo file has been added to the repo in the commit referenced above, however I haven't worked out how to get the build to work properly
Done. Deployed at http://opendatamanual.org/it/. Instructions re build are in README.rst.
There were some relatively minor errors running the build which appear to be due to translation of file name links.
