Organize areas for contribution on wiki into a table #5

To simplify review and see what needs doing organize areas where contribution is wanted into a table. Suggest headings such as:

I would prefer to use Github tickets to manage the status of contributions, rather than a semi-static wiki page.

OK though it can be hard to get an overview of what areas are and what time is needed at a glance. I think moving something to github issue once someone was up for doing it would be great but a table may be easier (also having them on github I think means people have to sign up for a github account to do stuff and for general contributions I think we won't want to require that).
