Archive existing translations
Check out how Transifex handles releases versus resources (a bit confusing!)
Update the pot file on transifex with latest versions

Have now clarified resources versus releases. Releases are just a way to collect together resources. If you want to have separate stuff for different releases of the handbook we will need to upload multiple versions of the pot files e.g. v1.0-all.pot, v1.1-all.pot etc.
