Add epub support #63

I wanted to read the book on my kindle, so I added an epub target to the makefile as sphinx already supports this.

This epub file was converted to .mobi via calibre. See https://github.com/mitsuhiko/flask/issues/388 for more information.

Worked quite fine, except for the copyright at the bottom of each chapter: http://oi39.tinypic.com/96fec8.jpg

@saerdnaer thanks for this and we'll definitely merge it. Issue with copyright notice is because we'd hacked our sphinx template so that copyright could be html. I think this is probably a mistake and instead where a HTML copyright notice is needed we can use a template -- that needs to be an issue on https://github.com/okfn/sphinx-theme-okfn though!
