section on documentation? #69

might be nice to emphasize the important of documenting the data set and suggesting certain metadata attributes to include, such as associated date(s), authors, contact for questions, methods, missing data, etc.

@jessykate great idea. This might come under a section called publishing data or similar. Would you be up for creating an outline (can post here, or in gdoc or in etherpad or ...)
