Broken link in homepage #74

Hi all, in homepage link to OpenGovernmentData.org point to http://opengovernmendata.org/ and not to http://opengovernmentdata.org/ (missing "t").

On the footer of every page, the link to opengovernmentdata.org actually takes you to opengovernmendata.org [missing 't'] - a Chinese website.
