Add machine reachability to formats section #85

Would be good if we could add Machine reachability, in the formats section – not much good being machine readable if a machine can’t reach it to read it.

Some things that reachability could mean:

Indexable via search engines, e.g. avoid orphaned web pages, provide a decent sitemap.xml
Data findable via the Semantic Web, e.g. add site metadata
Firewalls allowing people to access the data
