There is a position in the hotkeys: Add missing 'using' - Ctrl+OemPeriod

What is OemPeriod? How to implement OemPeriod?

This is how .NET calls a "dot" button. This is what you call "точка" in Rus.

@oleg-shilo Do I understand you correctly? Ctrl + OemPeriod is Ctrl + .?

Yes. It is consistent with VS shortcut for resolving missing namespaces
