Current behavior

On macOS, some symbols used in buttons are missing or not shown as expected/depicted with Windows.

Expected behavior

I expect the symbols on macOS to match or resemble that as on Windows and the tutorial.

Steps to reproduce

macOS Monterey
conda environment with Python 3.7 and PyQt 5.9

Anything else?
