[Docs] Add right-click menu tutorial in the webpage. #26

The right-click menu of the Viewer allows users to add rulers and comments, change the background color, and toggle the upsampling of pixels. These are useful features and would benefit from being explained in the tutorial; however, they are not explained anywhere besides the upsampling toggle in "Common questions".

The right-click menu features should be explained to users.

With the introduction of relative synchronized zooming options (which are accessible in the right-click menu), it's now even more important to add a tutorial section.
