[Docs] Change link to sample images #35

The sample images of Small Pear Tree in Blossom have been moved to a GitHub repo. The old link to the ZIP on SURF does not work. The link needs to be updated.

Since the images are simply files in a repository (and not a ZIP), it may actually be better to make a release for that repo. That allows us to point directly to the release ZIP instead of having users download via the repo page, which requires GitHub to generate a ZIP each time.

I created a first release v1.0 for the Butterfly images.
