As I wrote, installing the TOOLBOX, activating the console and ONLY CP patch. Was I supposed to do it differently? to be honest it is an old unit, if it does not work well, the best way is to exchange it for at least sw 02 ... unless you want to have fun with emmc, but in my opinion it's not worth it :)

but when it works, make a copy of "emmc" yourself with the toolbox

to be honest it is an old unit, if it does not work well, the best way is to exchange it for at least sw 02 ... unless you want to have fun with emmc, but in my opinion it's not worth it :)

... in my opinion (and provided logs) unit with sw01 ... does not see the file "main,conf" in the location "-file=/tsd/var..." in "startup_main" look:

1. log without "startup_main" as you can see all services contained in "main.conf" are started:

2. log with created "startup_main" no service from "main.conf" does not start and unit goes into "bootloop"

In my opinion this is because the "/tsd/var" location is not available during "early boot" for sw01

see "startup" J5, which is executed first for sw 02 ... or higher, unit immediately links with "/tsd /var"

now see "startup" J5 for sw01 ... do you understand?

So that's why I gave the full path "/net/imx6/tsd/var" instead of "/tsd/var" in the above-mentioned files Files_SD-test.zip

Of course you need to check it all in practice, so you have to wait for our friend ;) maybe you can change the location for "main.conf" and "audiomanager ..." eg for "/ tsd"? ... I don't know so many of my considerations, maybe you or someone else will have an idea :)))

P.S here is an example script that creates the above-mentioned files, you can check if there is any error there (as long as this change works at all)

Small info about how did I entered these 4 commands in two ways (you will see in the log):

1. I unmounted the navi card from the left slot and inserted the card with files from you, the radio reset 3 times and stabilized then I entered the commands, but I noticed when I wanted to unmount it with "unmount SD" option, that navi can not see the card in the 1st slot because I could not unmount it, so in the second way I did so:
2. I put the SD card from navi to the left slot, and the empty one to the second slot, after entering the navi menu, it showed both slots taken, so I unmounted the card with navi maps from the left slot, I took an empty card from the right slot (widout unmounting it), I uploaded files from you on SD card and put it in the left slot (the one from which I unmounted the sd with navi) and navi saw that the card was inserted, navi did not reset, then I entered 4 commands and restarted navi.

Nooooo! Sorry, but it's really hard to catch in the console when you're sitting in the car, the laptop in the passenger seat, you type / paste / copy stretched over the gearbox in the garage light ... ... it's hard to diagnose remotely, the only thing we can do is arrange sessions with remote access to your desktop, but that's in 2-3 weeks

Also I've used the "dump files to sd card" command but that folder is empty when I load the sd card into my computer. Interestingly almost every folder within the custom folder is empty aswell- not sure if that's an indication of anything. Any help much appreciated I'm happy to try doing anything anyone suggests.
