If a site has a custom URL associated with it, we should use that instead of the yomobi url. For example, in the email blasts and text blasts, it still links back to sitename.yomobi.com.

In the sharing code as well, it references sitename.yomobi.com

This is more involved than what it seems at first glance. Since connected domains don't have order, there's no way to tell which to pick if the site has two or more. If domains do have an order, then the user may have to reorder every time they want to send from a different domain.

I'd pick the first one in the list. In theory, they are all going to be valid anyway. The important thing is to hide the Yomobi reference.
