Migrate to nullsafety #2

The library is not nullsafe. When you upgrade to dart 2.12 there are some errors to fix.

Hi, for now use 0.1.0-nullsafety-1 branch it was migrated to sound null safety. I believe soon enough we will need to release official pub.dev package for this plugin.
