Just like we do with our ESLint config, I think it'd be beneficial for the .stylelintrc currently created by this generator to live in a separate repo, be installed by npm, and be automatically used by the gulp task. That way its easier to keep consistent between projects if we decide to update things, and if anyone wants to customize the linting settings for an individual project they can just create a .stylelintrc for the project override what they need to.
