This includes all changes from https://github.com/onedesign/generator-one-base/pull/131. It should be merged before this one to make it easier to see the diff.

I mostly ported what @cmalven already did, but made a few improvements and re-organizations.

Changes:

Adds a security key generator for .env file
ODC author info is baked-in (I'd like to move this into a ~/.yo-rc.json or similar

I realized I forgot the README.md. Added projectTitle back in.

I'm merging this into the v2 branch. We will review all new generators together in a final merge to master.
