Installs the ODC style lint config as an npm dependency (https://github.com/onedesign/stylelint-config-odc)
Moves stylelint dependencies/config that are separate from gulp out of the gulp generator and into their own stylelint sub generator.
Updates the gulp generator to compose with stylelint generator.
