Bring v2 styles output up-to-date #159

Brings the output of the v2 styles sub-generator up-to-date with the v1 styles, and fixes a few issues related to file compilation for the v2 generator.

@mkornatz I would personally prefer that we don't because:

It breaks syntax highlighting
Yeoman as an ecosystem is so built around EJS that we should assume that any file process by Yeoman may contain EJS
