TVM CLib(Binary dependence) for Windows

Usage

Download newest binary in https://github.com/GalAster/tvm-clib-win/releases

Put *.dll into python packages of tvm, topi, nnvm.

Info

Pre-build with CUDA support, LLVM support.

The environment variables are as follows:
