Concise description:

A bulk download or API with city council agendas and agenda items. Ideally with structured date information and unique IDs.

Council Connect was a past effort in Austin that failed partly because of the difficulty of scraping the website. Councilmatic is a tool used nationally for presenting structured city council info.

Who will use/benefit from this data?

For Council Connect, the audience we had in mind was people who wanted to speak at city council meetings.
