Regions general topic #608

Thoughts on adding a "general" topic on regions?

Things like if your looking to cover all continents, you can look at this region in each continent for service availability/lowest pricing and go from there?

If I get time I can start logging thoughts, mainly wanted to see if people found value in it. I can start cataloging here.
