Update the link to elastic IP cost - the existing link no longer links directly to the information. Per the page it currently links to:

For details on related costs like data transfer, Elastic IP addresses, and EBS Optimized Instances, visit the On-Demand pricing page.

Hence, changing the link to the 'Elastic IP Addresses' heading in the on-demand pricing page.
