Data Transfer Costs for Direct Connect incorrect lower bound #788

Data Transfer costs for DX rendered in the diagram as ".03 - .11", but per https://aws.amazon.com/directconnect/pricing/ the US region DX egress is actually .02 - .11. Would be happy make an update and submit a pull for the png if there's a source tool available.
