pdf: Missing section numbers in titles #12

Issues with sphinx by default not generating section numbers in titles. https://github.com/sphinx-doc/sphinx/issues/3210

Fixed with titlesec update to 2.10.2. Ubuntu bug 1574052 http://tex.stackexchange.com/questions/299969/titlesec-loss-of-section-numbering-with-the-new-update-2016-03-15
