Allow traditional parametrization of log-normal deviate #38

This is an alternative parametrization with normal mean mu and standard deviation sigma as commonly described in statistics.

The two parametrization schemes are distinguished by the number of parameters (the same approach as for the periodic-test), i.e., 2 for (mu, sigma) and 3 for (mean, error-factor, confidence-level).
