To summarize, the modifications are:
the DMI interface (telegrams between the EVC and the DMI have been updated).
the radio interface (the radio API has been updated).
As some baseline 3 subjects are still discussed at the Unisig and as the Alstom baseline 3 works are not yet fully validated; this document could still be modified in the future.
Nevertheless, there should not be any significant impact on the API, and certainly not on the interface data that is useful for the OpenETCS functions being currently analysed.
