Trusted merchants #371

Summary When searching for trusted merchants on finding no merchants to display no error message is displayed

Expected behavior Error message should be displaced

When we are searching for merchant then if merchant is not present then it should give me Toast or Something which tell me that merchant name is not present.

Is this necessary to search all data of merchant means why we are not searching merchant by their name?
