Link to Telegram groups #11

Hi,

openSUSE-welcome links to the english speaking openSUSE Telegram group and that's fine. But there are many other Telegram groups for openSUSE: https://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Telegram#Groups_and_channels_of_openSUSE_in_Telegram Is it possible to change the link to the Wiki page?

I'd rather not link to an external wiki article for social media, but I wouldn't mind adding more links to telegram groups.
