Fix failing tests #65

Fixed midas model issues by:

Using python uuid module instead of the earlier database function.
Changing model primary and foreign keys to (agnostic) Integer instead of Numeric type.

Fixed failing tests issue by:

Renaming the affected test files in .github folder
Formatting the entire codebase to follow PEP8 convention
