OpenCDMS Application Database #76

An OpenCDMS database installation will consist of a Climate Database and the OpenCDMS Application database.

(The Climate database will default to WMO Climate Data Model Storage Standard, but other systems like CliDE, Climsoft and SURFACE DB will also be supported)

The Application database should contain tables used to store configuration including information for system backup. OpenCDMS knows whether a Climsoft, Surface, MCH etc. database is being used and also knows the name of available database(s).

Application database shall be included in imperative data models in next sprint and will have a suitable table prefix such as app_
