Train WindNet for India to see the impact of adding MO global NWP data

4 models currently being trained (2 different seeds of the baseline and 2 seeds which include MO global data), results will be synced to W&B once they are done and will be available here: https://wandb.ai/openclimatefix/wind_mo_global

Created more batches sampled from more years of data (by filling in missing bits in some NWPs), now going to start training with these to test the hypothesis that training on data sampled from a larger variety of years will yield more accurate forecasts
