Odd looking forecasts - 2023-09-05

• This is only blending pvnet 2 and national_xg
• we are using 5 mins satellite data
• seem to be some issues with missing PVlive data, elhought this should not effect PVnet, but could effect national_xg
• checked forecast_value_latest table for pvnet_v2 and looks fine

Pvnet is fine, but cnn and national_xg are strugerlling due to missing pvlive data

There are some Nans in the gsp_yield table

This issue https://github.com/openclimatefix/uk-pv-forecast-blend/issues/9, is now solved. This means pvnet_v2 wasnt being loaded before now and therefore we got this weird zigzag shape

Should now be sovled with blend==0.0.15
