openCOBRA Schema

A place for discussions on and the development of openCOBRA schema definitions which extend the SBML and FBC specifications and will be supported by the relevant tools for reading and writing SBML models.

Publication

Once a first draft has been established, the schema will be periodically released via GitHub pages: http://opencobra.github.io/schema/<version> or similar.
