IBM WebSphere Feature Pack has requested that the editor show where the cursor is for participants.

Some ideas are:

Color coded carets with an attendee list accompanying it
Same color carets with a little floating span of who's caret that particular one belongs to

I'll get an implementation going and test them out.

The doctors at iTel have requested same feature. Raises priority.

As of a2abfcada6db7755534bc5e10d8fc48bbc37c160 :

Began work on insertion point awareness
Implementing as an attendeeList, but thinking this isn't necessary: we only need a floating div over each cursor indicating the username, nothing more. An attendeeList may be overkill and applies more to an application as a whole, not specifically to the RTE widget.

AttendeeList with color coding completed
Remote carets properly colorized according to AttendeeList
Carets staying in correct positions and move properly
