Having "stable" versions of the boilerplate code in the maven repository will be helpful in case the code in the github developer repo becomes outdated/incompatible as coweb and cowebx are developed.
I've changed dojo1.7-boilerplate to dojo-boilerplate, and changed the code to use Google'd dojo 1.8 CDN. I created a tag v1.0 in that repo, and uploaded a bundle to the maven repository.
