skill: fix FireMeteor and SacredStamp skill #104

They should be SimpleTileMissileSkill (AOE)

Apparently the Ousters skill FireMeteor is modified from MagnumSpear ... which is incorrect.

SacredStamp is similiar to BombingStar, with the damage formula slightly differs.
